Alana Gallagher, Co-Founder, NTP
Alana knows that a one-size-fits-all approach to health just doesn't work. As a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP), she’s dedicated to helping people transform their lives through bio-individual protocols that address the core of their health issues. She's creating a new path forward, one that merges the best of conventional medicine with powerful preventive care, so everyone can feel empowered to find their own path to long-term vitality.
Michael Dashiell, Co-Founder
As a professionally trained and ABET-accredited Industrial and Systems Engineer, Michael saw the challenges of our nation's health epidemic firsthand.

Working as an Industrial Engineer for a nonprofit hospital system, Michael discovered that the root cause to people needing surgery and extended hospital stays was due to the lack of preventative care.
​
Through De Chiel, Michael hopes to make an impact on the greater good of patient health, while fostering his relationship with his fiancée and co-founder, Alana.
Our Story
Alana and Michael's story began in Omaha, Nebraska. After getting engaged in November of 2024, Alana and Michael wanted to take the next step together as life partners. Founding De Chiel in Gilbert, AZ, Alana and Michael wanted to give back to their local community, while also building their own company together.

Alana is the product visionary: designing the best that the Nutritional Therapy practice has to offer into boutique, luxury nutritional foods.

Michael is the engineer: ensuring operations run smoothly and growing the business through analytics, marketing, and systems engineering principles.
​
Together, they form De Chiel: a bespoke, nutritional food service that distributes exclusively in the state of Arizona.
